Since incept of the institution in 1963, the Department of Mech. Engg. has been offering a 3- year Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering. This department is fully equipped with all the modern facilities, equipment, apparatus, and set-ups to carry- out the different tests and capable of performing practical and experiments as per the curriculum in the following laboratories:

1. Ref. & A.C. Lab.

2. Automobile Engg. Lab.

3. CNC Lab

4. Thermal Engg. Lab.

5. Mat & Metrology Lab.

6. Strength of Mat. Lab.

7. Metrological Lab.

8. CAD & CAM Lab.

 In addition, different soft wares are also available to impart industry based training to the students.
